We ate it!

It wasn't bad, actually. The blood is cooked with onions, garlic and paprika and it is spread on your bread.
It was pretty good, in fact, but when I look at this picture and see the blood all over her fingers and running down the side of the pot, it doesn't look too appetizing.

The blood is also used to make blood sausage.
